Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays may affect processing times, but we always strive to dispatch your order quickly.

Shipping Method:
We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Delivery Time:
Orders usually arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Please note that delays due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 1,499.

  • For orders below PKR 1,499, standard delivery charges will apply.

Advance Payment for Order Confirmation:
To confirm your order, we require a PKR 200 advance payment. This ensures genuine orders and helps us provide faster service. The remaining amount (if any) can be paid via COD at delivery.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

Shipping Address:
Please make sure your address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation:
After placing an order and paying the advance, you will receive a confirmation message. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or reach out to our support team.
